Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in driving the success of our applications. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. 2. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. 3. Responsible for team decisions. 4. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. 5. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. 7. Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. 8.Manage and prioritize project tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. 9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. 10. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise. 11. Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders. 12. Ensure compliance with project documentation and change management processes. 13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology. 14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). 2. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus. 3.Strong understanding of integration concepts and patterns. 4. Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions. 5. Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) components and connectors. 6. Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and XML/JSON data formats. 7. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Cloud technologies. 8.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
