Project Role : Quality Engineer (Tester)
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Roles & Responsibilities: • Should have minimum 1 years of Contact Center Experience. Overall 4-6+ years of experience required. • Should be Cloud Certified Practitioner with any cloud provider viz. Azure/GCP/AWS. • Understands and have experience on different components like Chat/Voice Bots, Service Channels, Workflows, WFM, Journey Facilitator, Conversational AI, CPAAS, SIP Trunk. Should be able to design high/low level design of flows with different service channels inbound, outbound. • Experience in doing release management with platform for Global vs regional rollouts. Packaging of workflows. • Should be able to integration Sprinklr with other enterprise systems. • Good to have knowledge on GenAI and AI/ML Models" Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - A 15 years full time education is required.
