Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee successful Workday implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction through effective project management and coordination. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the application design, build, and configuration efforts. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries. - Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Program Project Management, Workday Project Management (PM). - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in leading successful application implementation projects. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A Led successful Workday implementation projects ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and stakeholder satisfaction through effective project management and coordination is required.
