Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications, as well as collaborating with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves designing and implementing application features, troubleshooting issues, and actively participating in team discussions to contribute to the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and implement application features based on business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the applications. - Collaborate with the team to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the applications. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot and Angular. - Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or Oracle. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
