Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of IT Service Management solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design and develop applications based on business process requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Implement IT Service Management solutions. - Provide technical expertise and support to the project team. - Conduct testing and troubleshooting of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes. - Experience in designing and implementing ITSM solutions. - Knowledge of ITIL framework. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT Service Management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
