Project Role : Software Development Engineer
Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of testers to ensure high-quality testing practices. • Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases for mobile backend systems, web applications and APIs. • Design and execute tests using tools like POSTMAN for API testing. • Collaborate closely with development teams to understand backend architecture and integration points. • Perform functional, non-functional, system integration, regression, and performance testing of backend APIs. • Identify and document defects with detailed steps for reproduction and verification. • Monitor and analyze test results to ensure application stability and performance. • Provide timely and accurate reports on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders. • Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Technical Experience: • Must Have Skills: Mandatory 8 years of experience in mobile backend application testing with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role. • Experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies and using tool like Loadrunner. • Expertise in API testing tools such as POSTMAN, SOAPUI, or similar. • Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for backend data validation. • Strong understanding of backend technologies (RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, etc.). Professional Attributes: • Good problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
