Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the application requirements, designing and developing the application components, and testing and debugging the application to ensure its functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the application requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop application components using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the application code. - Ensure that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the application with other systems and platforms. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team members. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in application development and incorporate them into the development process. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application development process. - Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - Knowledge of programming languages such as C# and .NET. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with process automation tools and frameworks. - Experience in working with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
