Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. Your typical day will involve leading the application development team, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance and support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing technical guidance and support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Provide expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and contribute to the development of best practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Additional responsibility: Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI S/4HANA modules. - Knowledge of integration points between SAP FI S/4HANA and other modules. - Hands-on experience in implementing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) module. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
