Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. - Document client issues and resolutions accurately. - Collaborate with the development team to enhance system functionality. - Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product updates. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apple macOS Architecture. - Strong understanding of system architecture and troubleshooting. - Experience with system administration and configuration. - Knowledge of network protocols and security measures. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Apple macOS Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
