Job Description

Project Role : IT Service Management Representative
Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services. You will provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices are online and available. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Operations and is based in Pune. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering IT production systems and services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Manage risk to services. - Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available. - Collaborate with team members to provide solutions to work-related problems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices. - Experience with IT infrastructure management tools. - Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
