Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing service level agreements, and utilizing tools and processes to achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage and oversee the successful delivery of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. - Monitor and control service level agreements to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management. - Additional responsibility: Mentor and guide junior professionals in project management best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Incident Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices. - Experience in managing critical incidents and driving timely resolutions. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in incident management. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
