Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely resolutions to any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of production systems. - Monitor system performance and identify any issues or bottlenecks. - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolutions. - Implement best practices for system maintenance and optimization. - Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the development and implementation of automation tools and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform. - Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus or ELK stack. - Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps. - A 15 years full time education is required.
