Summary: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of the data center technology components. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements. - Design and build data center technology components. - Assist in testing efforts to ensure the reliability and performance of the infrastructure. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. - Implement solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of data center technology components. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in NEXThink. - - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Commvault Backup Administration. - - Strong understanding of infrastructure design principles and best practices. - - Experience in implementing and managing data center technologies. - - Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. - - Knowledge of network protocols and security standards. - - Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. - - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in NEXThink. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
