Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist customers in resolving their issues and answering their queries. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. - Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. - Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apple macOS Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Strong understanding of macOS operating system and its management. - Familiarity with Apple devices and their configuration. - Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for macOS-related issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests. - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Apple macOS Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
