Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design, develop, and implement application solutions based on business requirements. - Lead and manage the application development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timeline and budget. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation. - Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation. - Provide training and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of application design and development principles. - Experience in leading and managing application development projects. - Knowledge of integration technologies and tools. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. - Experience in working with cross-functional teams. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders. - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
