Your typical day will involve addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist customers in resolving their issues and answering their queries. - Provide technical support and guidance to customers. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or escalations. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Experience with network monitoring and performance optimization. - Familiarity with network hardware and software components. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
