Your typical day will involve addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist customers in resolving their issues and answering their queries. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related problems. - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer problems. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols. - Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with network hardware and software components. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
