Project Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage delivery for IT production systems and services. You will support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Your role will involve providing operational support and ensuring that production systems and devices are online and available. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure client satisfaction by managing the delivery of IT production systems and services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Manage risk to services and ensure their availability. - Provide operational support for production systems and devices. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management. - Experience in incident management and problem resolution. - Familiarity with change management processes and procedures. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Graduation degree is required.
