Job Description

Project Role : Service Management Practitioner
Project Role Description : Support the delivery of programs, projects or managed services. Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda.

Summary: As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Assist in the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Support the implementation of service management processes and procedures. - Provide timely and accurate reporting on project status and progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices. - Experience in incident management and problem management processes. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based in Bengaluru. - A Graduation degree is required.
