You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java or C++. - Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services. - Experience with software testing and quality assurance. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - An Any degree is required.
