Summary: As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will drive performance, strategic analysis, and identify and correct financial or operational concerns. You will provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives. - Analyze financial data and create reports for management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance. - Present financial findings to key stakeholders. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials, Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI or Cost Accountant from ICWAI or Master of Commerce degree from a reputed institution. - Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting. - Experience in financial planning and budgeting processes. - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. - Hands-on experience with financial modeling and forecasting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years of education is required.
