Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Data Services. - Good To Have Skills: Strong understanding of SAP BW/4HANA architecture and data modeling concepts. - Strong experience in project management, including developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
