Your typical day will involve working with Linux and utilizing network analytics to provide a dynamic service. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. - Participate in the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to improve system performance and reliability. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the continuous improvement of systems and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Linux. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Network Analytics. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. - Experience in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
