Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner for Application Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues and implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. Work with the AS400 admins to monitor AS400 environment and work on Incidents/SR’s and Change orders. Escalate issue to next level as and when required. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues at the L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level. - Implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders. - Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in IBM AS/400 Administration. - Good to have skills : No Technology Specialization - Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques. - Experience in implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Minimum 0-6 months of experience supporting IBM i systems operations - Hands-on experience with HMC Experience in AS400 monitoring, Communications, Operating System Monitoring , Backup monitoring with BRMS Backup and restore process. - Experience with replication tool such as MIMIX and troubleshooting errors. - Has monitoring and troubleshooting experience. - Has experience with save and restore objects. - Good Communication skills - Educational Qualification: Any graduates Additional Information: - Work Experience : 0-6 Months - Work Location : PAN India
