Key roles & responsibilities: o   Conduct research on recent trends in Chemicals Industry, and link them to business and IT imperatives for Chemicals clients o   Drive innovation for chemicals and various industry segments such as specialty, paints & coatings, performance, commodity etc.  with a clear focus on new technologies and their applications for these industries o   Develop new offerings (technology assets, point of views, rapid prototypes) for chemical industry in line with latest trends and client imperatives in chemicals o   Incorporate digital imperatives and innovation ideas to reimagine business processes within the core areas of chemicals value chain o   Reimagine Business Process Management (BPM) and identify process transformation themes for chemical clients. Develop integrated business scenarios, use cases/user stories & prototypes o   Cross leverage best-in-class/outside industry examples and adapt them in the innovation narration for our clients o   Provide Subject Matter Expertise on focus areas of innovation in chemicals o   Drive thought leadership and IP (shape new ideas and make them patentable) Qualifications: Industry Experience: Minimum 8 years of demonstrated work experience in chemical industry (preferably in specialty chemicals) in the areas of Management/Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Process Control, Innovation, Manufacturing & Operations Excellence, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing. o   Candidates with global exposure (having worked for global companies in the above industries, on international stints) will be preferred. o   Prior hands-on awareness of Business Process Management (Industry Processes), Process Transformation, Digital Transformation, Functional Expertise in Supply Chain, Plant Operations, Sales & Marketing etc. will be preferred. o   Exposure to Operational Systems (MES, LIMS, EHS) will be preferred. o   Prior exposure to digital and emerging technologies such as Data & Analytics, Mobility, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence will be a plus o   Prior exposure to ERP (Preferably SAP) as a user will be a plus Educational Experience: o   MBA (preferred) with Engineering (B. Tech/ B.E) degree in Chemicals from reputed institute within India or outside o   CGPA of 6 and above / Percentage Marks of 60% and above throughout the education completed Other Skills: o   Excellent communication (oral/written/verbal) skills – strong articulation and presentation skills o   Problem solving attitude with ability to manage stakeholders o   Team Driver, Motivator with ability to work seamlessly across organizational teams o   Strategic vision and execution mindset Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in business architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful business architecture solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
