Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP FI CO Finance applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. - Manage project timelines and resources, utilizing Agile Program Management methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in software development. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Agile Program Management methodologies. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of SAP FI CO Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in project management. - Good To Have Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
