Job Description

Project Role : Application Developer
Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Must have skills : Java Enterprise Edition, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Microsoft Azure DevOps, PySpark
Good to have skills : core banking

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve working with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Microsoft Azure DevOps, and PySpark to lead the effort and act as the primary point of contact for the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Utilize Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Microsoft Azure DevOps, and PySpark to lead the effort. - Highly motivated person required for deep analysis of On-Prem Java + PLSQL Based code and transform it into Spark SQL. - Code optimization and removal of staging or intermediate temporary tables. - Transform the logic into Spark SQL based transformations. - Write efficient and fast performing Spark SQL code. - Deployment in Azure Cloud. - Data validation and benchmarking Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Java Enterprise Edition, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Microsoft Azure DevOps, PySpark. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins. - Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions.
