Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Summary: As a Technology Account Lead, you will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for technology work at each account. Your typical day will involve integrating technology contracts and engagements at the client, leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account, and creating the technology account plan to maximize the opportunity and build the account. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account. - Function as the primary contact for technology work at each account. - Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. - Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Service Delivery. - Good To Have Skills: Program Project Management. - Solid understanding of technology offerings and solutions. - Experience in integrating technology contracts and engagements at the client. - Experience in leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Service Delivery. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technology, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful technology solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
