Project Role : Business and Integration Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assists in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Is familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.

Summary: As a Business Analyst for Life and Group Life Insurance, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Analyze an organization's processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. - Research, gather, and synthesize information to support business analysis activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Life and Group Life Insurance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Requirements Analysis. - Experience in business analysis and process design. - Strong Data analytical and data modelling skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Life Insurance projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office, with flexibility of Pune and Chennai.
