Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache JMeter. - Strong understanding of application development best practices and standards. - Experience in leading application development projects, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful application development projects. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
