Job Description

Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner for Autosys Administration, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Autosys Administration and providing hardware/software support across all server and network areas. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and maintenance for Autosys Administration, including L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Autosys Administration, including configuration, scheduling, and monitoring of jobs. - Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to Autosys Administration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Experience in Batch Jobs Operations (Stonebranch) - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Move IT , Batch Tools , Batch Job Processing - Strong understanding of job scheduling and monitoring. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Autosys Administration. - Experience in providing hardware/software support and implementing technology at the operating system-level. - Solid grasp of ITIL processes and procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Autosys Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
