Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will also research, gather and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business processes and workflows. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. - Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Investment Banking. - Solid understanding of business processes and workflows. - Experience in conducting gap analysis and process improvement. - Strong project management skills with experience in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Business Architecture, Business & Technology Integration, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
