Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Cloud Application Development. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact for the project and ensuring successful delivery of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of the application. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure the application is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile methodology, DevOps, and CI/CD. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise-level applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
