Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using React.js, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy high-quality applications, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to team members. - Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues and ensuring project success. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in React.js and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Redux, Node.js, and related technologies. - Strong understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA. - Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in React.js. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
