Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP ABAP applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as the primary point of contact for all SAP ABAP development-related activities. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions, managing project timelines, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP ABAP development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA. - Solid understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, BAPIs, and IDOCs. - Experience with SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, Eclipse, and SAP GUI. - Experience with SAP integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration. - Strong understanding of SAP functional modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP.
