Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using EPIC Systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Configure and optimize the Epic software to meet the specific needs of the healthcare organization. This includes setting up workflows, templates, and other system parameters. 2 Understand and analyze the existing workflows within the healthcare organization and align them with the capabilities of the Epic system. Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency 3 Assist in the implementation of Epic software within the organization. This may involve working with different departments and teams to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Professional & Technical Skills: 1 Must have: US Healthcare or any healthcare in general, EMR, EHR, Payor and Provider concept, Revenue cycle 2 Good to have: Epic or any healthcare Software related Proficiency, System Configuration, Integration Skills, Reporting and Analytics, Troubleshooting and Support, Training and Documentation, Workflow Analysis 3 Excellent interpersonal skills 4 Excellent communication skills 5 Collaboration 6 Adaptability 7 Time Management 8 Problem-Solving Additional Information: 1 The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in application development using EPIC Systems. 2 This position is based at our Chennai office.
