Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. - Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in ServiceNow. - Good To Have Skills: ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. - Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation related to ServiceNow solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Technology Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
