Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Manage project timelines, ensuring successful delivery of applications. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure project success. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong program and project management skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles. - Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
