Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in Java Full Stack Development and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. A typical day in this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing and implementing application features, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and test high-quality software applications using Java Full Stack Development technologies. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and enhance the user experience. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Java Full Stack Development. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, fostering their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL or Oracle. - Knowledge of version control systems like Git. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
