Job Description

Project Role : Application Developer
Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications. - Provide technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR functionality and related business processes. - Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR configuration and customization. - Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR integrations with other systems. - Solid grasp of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR security and data privacy best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Pune office.
