Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of innovative manufacturing automation solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - Strong understanding of automation technologies and tools. - Experience in implementing automation solutions in manufacturing environments. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 16 years of full time Education is required.
