Project Role : Solution Architect
Project Role Description : Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

• Lead the design and implementation of Sprinklr solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, to meet business requirements. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Sprinklr platform capabilities, strong technical acumen, and excellent communication skills • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to further build a best in class platform solution (APIs, Integrations, etc.) • Identify and design key integrations with 3rd party systems. • Guide customers through a prescriptive solution design and manage technical implementation decision points. • Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into comprehensive architectural blueprint. • Engage with customer enterprise architects to position Sprinklr as the digital transformation platform integrated with core systems. • Hands on experience in contact center implementation using sprinklr platform." Proven experience in system integration, particularly with CRM systems, IVR, and other customer service applications. In-depth knowledge of the Genesys Customer Experience Platform, including Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage, and Genesys PureConnect. Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer service processes. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages used within the Genesys environment (e.g., Java, C#, VXML). Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Genesys ecosystem and customer experience technologies. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer service operations and improve the overall customer experience
