Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional designs, ensuring seamless application development and deployment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals - Strong understanding of software design principles - Experience in application development and deployment - Knowledge of database management systems - Familiarity with Agile methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals - This position is based at our Pune office - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required
