Project Role Description : Support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for tracking and managing project management office activities and proactively monitoring, managing, and reporting on the execution of deliverables related to Incident Management. Your typical day will involve ensuring timely resolution of incidents and maintaining service levels. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the incident management process, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and maintaining service levels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve incidents, minimizing the impact on business operations. - Develop and maintain incident management policies, procedures, and documentation. - Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables related to incident management. - Ensure compliance with incident management standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of incident management processes and procedures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Critical Incident Management, Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - Experience in managing and resolving incidents, minimizing the impact on business operations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in incident management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful incident management solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
