Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service to customers and ensuring smooth operations of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers and resolve their issues related to the application. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems. - Ensure smooth operations of the application and maintain its availability. - Create and maintain technical documentation related to the application. - Participate in the testing and deployment of new releases of the application. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong customer service skills and experience in customer service operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in desktop transformation. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux. - Familiarity with databases and SQL queries. - Understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in customer service operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
