Job Description

Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : Microsoft Azure Architecture
Good to have skills : Desktop Transformation
Minimum 0-2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Azure Architecture and Desktop Transformation to provide a dynamic service to our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. - Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and applications, ensuring that they are scalable, reliable, and secure. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Desktop Transformation. - Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Experience in designing and implementing new systems and applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field. - This position is based at our Pune office.
