Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring Android applications. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy Android applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Android applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product owners, to ensure the quality of the applications. - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality Android applications, adhering to best practices and industry standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring their growth and development in Android application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Android Application Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React Native. - Strong understanding of mobile application development best practices and industry standards. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Android Application Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Android applications. - This position is based at our Pune office.
