Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work closely with the team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing application features, and conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and debug application issues, perform unit testing, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop high-quality software applications using Node.js. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure smooth functionality. - Perform unit testing to identify and fix software defects. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Knowledge of database systems such as MongoDB or MySQL. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js or AngularJS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Node.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A B Tech or equivalent degree is required.
