Summary: As a Data Analytics professional, you will be responsible for developing business insights using predictive statistical modeling activities. Your typical day will involve using analytical tools and techniques to generate and improve decision-making by modeling client, market, and key performance data. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement statistical models to analyze complex data sets, using tools such as R, Python, and SQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions using data-driven insights. - Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Data Analytics. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with R, Python, and SQL. - Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Experience in designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses and validate models. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analytics. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
