Summary: As an Application Lead for User Experience Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design for applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of impactful solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for the design, build, and configuration of applications. - Ensure the quality and integrity of the user experience across all applications. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Creative Design and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Creative Design. - Solid understanding of user experience engineering principles. - Experience with design and implementation of applications. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in user experience engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
